Already tracking to be more than FK8. They sold 300x FK8 in a 5yr run from 2017-2021 in my country, and have already pre sold 180x FL5s to be delivered in 2023. If they do a 2 year model run FL5s will be more common than 5 years of selling FK8s. Usa may be a little different as they sold way more FK8s there initially.

There is no fk8 type r in the picture from the OP. That's a fk7 which comes higher/taller than a fk8 as it's an economy car. Here's what the fk8 looks like: ~Height difference. ~Bumper corner differences. ~Bumper vents are larger on fk8. ~Bonnet has a hood scoop on fk8. ~Fk8 has flared front and rear fenders etc.

Inlet pipe is sharable between fk2 and fk8and P600 is drop in for both fk2 and fk8. So chances are.. it will fit FL5. But on the exhaust side.. downpipe has different mounting between fk2 and fk8.. so I don't think fl5 will have same mounting so dp fp should be new.
